Lara is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with the Virginia Board of Counseling, and has over a decade of experience. Lara graduated with honors from Capella University in 2013 earning a Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Through her roles as both clinician and supervisor, she has gained a level of experience that makes her uniquely suited in recognizing the most meaningful interventions for each of her clients.
