Heal. Connect. Be.

I believe healing happens in relationship. Much of my work focuses on helping people better understand themselves so they can build more honest, meaningful connections with others.

Many people who reach out for therapy have been carrying a lot for a long time. Therapy offers a chance to slow down, understand yourself more clearly, and begin shifting patterns that may be keeping you stuck or disconnected.

My approach to therapy is collaborative and relational. I lead with curiosity, compassion, and respect for the complexity of people’s lives. Together we make space to explore emotions, patterns, and experiences that may not have had room to be understood before. Over time, this process can help you develop new ways of relating to yourself and to the people in your life.

I’m especially drawn to supporting young adults and college students as they navigate the transition into adulthood. Academic pressure, life changes, and the process of figuring out who you are in a rapidly changing world can feel overwhelming. I enjoy helping people find steadiness during this stage and build resilience as they move forward.

I also love working with couples. Helping partners move out of patterns of protection or disconnection and toward greater understanding, connection, and shared growth is one of the most meaningful parts of my work.

I aim to create a space where you can show up fully and feel respected and affirmed. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming, anti-racist, and grounded in a commitment to social justice, recognizing how identity and larger systems shape our experiences.

If you’re feeling ready for something to shift, I’d welcome the opportunity to work together.
